We provide specialist Case Management services to children and adults who have sustained life changing injuries, including traumatic brain injury, birth injury, spinal cord injury and amputation.
Our experienced team provide a holistic, knowledgeable and responsive service, working with clients and their families to help them achieve the highest quality of life and fulfil their potential.
We can provide you with a highly skilled, experienced Case Manager, and refer you to appropriate rehabilitation professionals experienced in working with
adults and children throughout the country.
